  Look elsewhere to get a service. Booked the car in, went to drop it off only to find they had no record of the booking, and wont have the parts for another week anyway.

  Whatever you do, do yourself a favour and do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! They do nothing but apologies for their incompetence and provide the worst service this planet has ever seen. Since my first scheduled car service they have consistently shown poor management and 'dont care' attitude towards delivering positive customer service experience. Took my car in for service and got it back with my bluetooth mic broken, stuffed me around for 3 months saying they'd replace it as it was under warranty and in the end just glued it back to the windshield, was the first car in the rank (arrived early and ontime) to get serviced and they sent all the cars that arrived behind me in first before my car and took 3 hours to perform standard non-major service, had to call twice to confirm a service booking and showed up on the day to put my car in for service and they had no paperwork ready and asked me if I really did schedule my car in that day to get service. absolutely hopeless, you guys should go elsewhere to purchase your car and get it serviced, dont even waste your time here as all they want to do is waste your time and take your money
